”What a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. ”

”Loistavalla paikalla siisti hotelli. Hyvä palvelu. Loistava soa ja hieronta ok hintaan. Buffan ruoka hyvää ja edullista muttei superhyvää. Lähistöllä tasokkaita ravintoloita onneksi pari. Omaa uimarantaa ei ole ja altaat suht kylmät mikä ei ihan optimi. Ympäristöasiat ei hoidettu: ei aurinkokeräimiä altaan veden lämmittämiseen, jätevedet kaiketi menee koko saarella mereen. Joitain juttuja ympärisrön hyväksi on tehty mutta enemmön voisi tehdä”
”Siisti ja edullinen huoneistohotelli rauhallisella alueella. Mahtavat maisemat ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneessa kaikki tarpeellinen, myös ruoanlaitto onnistui (uunia tosin ei ollut). Pihalla ilmainen parkkipaikka, johon auton sai sujuvasti aina retkipäivän päätteeksi. Autolla hyvät yhteydet ja lähellä isoja ruokakauppoja sekä muutama pienempi ravintola. Suosittelisin huoneistohotellia sijainnin takia vain auton kanssa lomaileville, vaikka lähistöllä myös bussipysäkki.”
”Hieno paikka. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Olimme huoneessa nro.1. Vietimme hotellilla 5 yötä. Suurimmanosan ajasta olimme tutkimassa Teneriffaa muualla, mutta tunnelmalliseen hotelliin oli aina mukava palata päivän päätteeksi. Ainut miinus, joka varmasti on korjattavissa oli se, että yöllä huoneessa kuului jokin "srii-srii" ääni. Ääni ei ollut kova eikä sitä kuulunut kokoajan vaan aina välillä, mutta sen huomasi yöllä. Emme kokeneet tarpeelliseksi kuitenkaan ottaa äänen lähdettä tarkemmin...
”+Mainio tukikohta nimensä mukaisesti aktiivisille lomalaisille, respan ihmiset ovat aidosti ystävällistä ja palveluhaluista paikallista väkeä. +Sijainti turistirysien ulkopuolella Orotavan laakson ja meren välissä. +Erinomainen ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Päivällinen myös, jota emme tosin tarvinneet.

”The cleanliness was excellent and staff was very attentive. Far superior to other hotels that I have stayed in. The pool areas were quiet and relaxing. ”
”The Sheraton La Caleta Hotel in south Tenerife was a nice experience. Nice view to the ocean and good bed - excellent place for holiday. Big pool area, a bit noisy because of many kids, but ok.
The spa area was nice but not so specal. Good breakfast.
The japanse restaurant was fantastic with good food and good service. The spanish one was not at all in the same level with the japanse and the servcie was slow. The pool restaurant was nice place in a sunny day, try the gazpacho, cold tomato...

"Hotel was okay for a family holiday. There is no beach and the surrounding beaches are not usable due to sewage contamination. Pool area is lovely and the gardens are very nice. Public areas are nice, there is a small kids club hidden near lobby. The rooms are very dated, floors and walls very stained and dirty, and the mattresses old. Food was okay, lots of fresh fish which was nice. Not very much variety always, especially breakfast items always the same. Half board doesn’t include drinks. Pool bar is good. Area is quiet, but you can walk into town and to the animal park and surrounding restaurants etc. overall we had a nice holiday"
"Overall a nice hotel but the room wasn’t all clean, there were a lot of stains on the walls and the room seemed quite outdated in other ways too. We stayed during the high season so the price was hefty so maybe that’s why we felt like it wasn’t worth the price. If you are looking for a 5 star experience this is probably not the place for you but it’s a nice 4 star hotel -type of an experience."
