Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇”

”My small family loved this little cottage! The in-ground private pool was absolutely the best feature. We did not want to get out! It has no shade during midday so plan accordingly!We bought a parking pass for the beach because it was easier than the 12 minute walk over there when you have two littles. But it is an easy walk for anyone not carrying too much baggage.We also had our two medium dogs with us. They loved going to the little dog yard a couple of houses down.My family loved this place...

”My wife and I stayed from Thursday to Saturday. We were looking for something nice and inexpensive. This place checked all the boxes. It was very clean and everything worked. We would stay again.”

”It was good. Great location. Beach was not crowded at all and can walk to the beach. Smaller than I thought and there was no place for us to all sit together and play games. It sleeps a lot of people comfortably. The whole house swayed and rocked a little in those stilts but was ok. ”

”This trip was my son's 21st birthday celebration. My fiancé & I took him deep sea fishing for red snapper. This house made the stay perfect! It was clean, smelled amazing, and had everything we could possibly need, including Monopoly which is my son's favorite game. All the details we could possibly need were provided in a folder on the table. I am so impressed with this location and the house, I will definitely return. Btw, the neighbor was even super kind, saying great things about the owner....
