”The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...

”This hotel is really good! It’s just a few steps from the sea, and the rooms are really nice and clean (be sure to choose a room with a seaview). The staff is really hospitable and nice. Only few of the staff members speak English, but don’t let that put you off. This is an excellent pick for a few night’s stay in Bai Xep!”

”Hotelli sijaitsi rakennustyömaiden keskellä. Palveluja ei ollut lähistöllä. Hotellihuoneissa isoja torakoita ja hometta, jonka vuoksi vahva homeen haju. ”

”Rex was a really great place to stay, the food was good, the staff was friendly, and best of all was the cleaners. They were so kind, would take the time to talk and always made me feel welcome. I felt so safe at this location, I had multiple stays here during my 21 day trip. I liked it so much I will be staying again i October when I return.”

”We had 6 days in this excellent, incredibly spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment on the 20th floor of the FLC Tower. Far exceeded our expectations and would definitely return again. Everything in both the tower and the apartment worked well - elevators in these high rise buildings in Vietnam are often slow but not here. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafes & about 20 minutes on foot to the large shopping plaza with a good supermarket for those...

”Everything is excellent except for pick up guess area policy. It did not make sense when the resort did not allow our drive to drive to the front of reception area to pick up guess, even it was raining and the parking lot was far from the front desk. ”

”Awesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didn’t. ”

Oven aukaisu alussa ei onnistunut, kortti ei toiminut. Useaan kertaan sitä jouduttiin pyytämään. Huoneessa oli iso torakka ensimmäisenä yönä. Hotelli järjesti kuljetuksen nähtävyyksiin, mutta valitettavasti ei- englanninkielitaitoisen. ”

”Well the hotel is top tier, they had ax, electricity, wifi and water after the typhoon, and the food was exelente!!! The staff was superb, how come the people in quy nhon are so nice, my goodness it’s a must if you are in t he city!!”
