”I travel a lot, for business and pleasure. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The man that checked us in on Friday June 19th at 3pm was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how many keys we needed, did not direct us to the elevators, zero customer service. The bathroom mirror in our room was broken and dirty, the lights over the bed did not work, we had 2 towels 1 of them was stained, and the body wash in the shower was empty. ”Loved the rainfall shower head. Bathroom was luxurious. Convenient carlucci restaurant across the street was delicious.”

Our flight arrived super early in the morning and we were allowed to check in earlier than reservation time. The convenience to rental cars and the airport were superb. The price point was competitive to much smaller hotels. I will stay at Sheraton once again when visiting Chicago.”
