”The Charlie ranks at the top of the list of places in which we have stayed. I would describe our Dylan suite as cozy luxury. As soon as entered we immediately felt welcomed and at home! All rooms (bath, bedroom, living room and small kitchen) were immaculate. One of my criteria for a top-notch stay is the quality of the bed and bed linens and it passed with flying colors! Although the kitchen is tiny, it contained a stove, dishwasher and full-size fridge in case you wanted to cook.

We stayed for two nights for our anniversary and it was the perfect stay. Everything about this beautiful property was exceptional. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of prosecco to our room to celebrate our anniversary. The room was beautiful with an amazing view and timeless classic decor.

”It was an exceptional experience! Kiki & the entire staff were super friendly & helpful.
We arrived at 10AM & they stored our luggage (no charge) while we went out for the day. Upon returning at 3pm, Kiki walked us to our room where they'd already put our bags. She explained our room key would also unlock the hotel's front door. We appreciated they kept it locked at all times; you could either ring the bell to be let in or use your key.

”My husband most accurately described it as "a kids all-inclusive hotel." We love, love, loved the free snacks, all you can eat soft serve and the popsicle hotline. As a family of 5, we were really grateful for the spacious apartment style setup. It was super convenient and easy for our trip to Universal Studios. More than anything, the staff was SO WONDERFUL. Truly above and beyond, top-notch customer service.”
