”Elegant old hotel, beautifully appointed with professional and knowledgeable staff. We sat on the porch watching the boats come in from the Mackinaw race. Highly recommend”
”The only problem is the location of the property. Don't get me wrong.. You was outstanding and fabulous. The time it takes to get anywhere is 40minutes to an hour. If we were bikers and they had electric bikes then it's perfect. PLAN well ahead to go to dinner, shop in town or do anything outside of the resort. This place was truly special but the moving around quickly was the only issue. I would recommend and also I would stay here again and again. ”

”We had a great experience at Budget Host Inn. The room was exceptionally clean, which we truly appreciated. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, which was perfect for traveling with our 15-month-old. It provided much-needed extra space for naps and early bedtimes.
The location is ideal, being close to downtown and within walking distance of Shepler's Ferry. This made getting to Mackinac Island super convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again!”
