”I was running a 5K at Magnolia Plantation, so the location was good. I could be there in minutes. It was pet friendly, which we appreciated, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby.”

”We had rented 2 rooms. The first room everything seemed to work okay. But the 2nd room the refrigerator did not work at all. They had a small one in the room that worked okay. It also had an indoor pool that was not available for use at all. Not sure why the pool was not available. My great grandchildren were a little disappointed with no pool. We were not at the hotel except mainly for sleeping, we had many activities planned for the few days we were in Charleston. The air conditioning...

”Housekeeping was great on a daily basis! Rooms were cleaned and items needed were replenished. The pool was clean and we enjoyed spending time there. Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of food to choose from. I particularly loved the coffee that was available 24 hours a day! Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!”

”The place was filthy . There was bugs in the bathroom the phones didn't work the shower curtain rod was broke and the carpet had dirt so bad you had to keep your shoes on. Don't stay there.”

”Everything was good, I just dislike the fact that you pay a lot of money for a room and still have to pay for parking. Breakfast line was long and slow and skipped on it. Other than that room was clean and convenient”

”I was never able to even check in. The entire place was essentially closed by the time I arrived. I could not enter the facility because it required a key. I could see through the window a metal gate that was closed over the front desk. I couldn’t get in the building, I couldn’t check in and I had just arrived to Charleston BY MYSELF and was immediately stranded upon trying to check in. I had to book another hotel and leave. Absolutely horrific and terrifying experience.”

”Pulled sheets back before going to bed. There was public hair in the sheets. It was clear the sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival. We went down to the front desk and they could not have cared less. They gave us fresh sheets and told us to change them out ourselves. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.”
