”Great convenient place to stay”

”BEWARE! WE GOT BED BUGS! Also, our room had a broken toilet and phone so we were moved. The second room had a broken bathroom fan that LOUDLY screeched to the point that we didn’t even shower or turn on the light, which was on the same switch. The room had broken window blind levers. There were no blackout curtains so the room was bright. The 8.2 rating is deceiving. Sure, the staff were nice, but just spend a little more money and stay somewhere better. ”Staff was super friendly. Had issues with remote control for TV. Went through 3 different remotes before getting one that actually worked. Room was clean, but it needed some TLC. Wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom walls. Breakfast is free but the options weren’t great. The jalapeño and cheese egg souflee was gross. ”

”The heat was on in the room and we couldn't get it to turn off. The phone didn't work to call the front desk and there was no reply to the text I received from the hotel to text with any issues. We ended up unplugging the heater and spent a still very warm night. ”

”This place was awful. It reeked of marijuana as soon as you stepped inside the tiny lobby. Staff were smoking right outside the main door. The elevator up reeked of body odor and marijuana. I specifically requested two queen beds and was given one queen bed. I checked out immediately and went to a better neighborhood. Definitely NOT worth staying here. ”

”Beautiful and clean hotel next to many shops including the Charleston outlet and airport. Near downtown too. The staff is very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. So comfortable and modern. ”

”Very nice clean hotel, great staff, great area. The breakfast was surprisingly good! The only thing that threw me off was the pull out bed.the mattress on the pull out couch had huge noticeable stains I did not even sleep on it. Other than that everything was good”

”Although i knew it was an extended stay, i was very surprised to find nothing in the kitchen, yes you could call down, if the staff was there, for necessary items, but whats a coffee cup worth without a coffeepot and coffee. Breakfast an hour in, was out of hot water for oatmeal and or grits, coffee was very strong, not much selection for muffins. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had soap and shampoo, plenty of towels for our 3 night stay, we knew there would be no housekeeping, so kept our...

”Checked in. Checked the room, mold on the curtains, holes in the wall, dirty floors, went to the office and checked out. Went down the road and spent money on a better hotel. I had better accommodations in Afghanistan. ”
