”Even though the hotel was under construction, in some areas, it was easily accessible. The staff was above and beyond kind and thoughtful. The rooms were nice and clean. I have no complaints about our stay, in fact I would highlyrecommend!”

”We came to Chicago to celebrate my son’s birthday. The staff at this JW Marriott went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was able to arrange a special celebration cake to be sent to the room, plus they sent chocolate-covered strawberries (his favorite)! We booked a room with Executive Lounge access and it did not disappoint. My son was very satisfied with the breakfast - I wish I had stopped in to get myself a bagel. Booked The River hotel as it was one of the few hotels I could find with twin beds at a reasonable price located within walking distance to grant park. The room was compact but it was warm, clean, had a microwave oven, mini fridge and espresso machine. Location was absolutely brilliant. Magnificent mile just the other side of the river and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, only really had interaction at checking. Highly recommend, I certainly would stay there next time."
