”An excellent stay, with very friendly staff. The leisure facilities are a little tired, but still perfectly fine for what you need. Highly recommended and I look forward to stay again.”

Even tho' this was above a tavern and in an area with other bars and restaurants, it was very quiet.
Our room was very quaint, the staff were exceptional, the food was wonderful, the breakfast was very good. We had easy street parking.

”I stayed one night pre-cruise, and I couldn't hsve asked for a better experience. In the months proor to ny arrival, they answered my questions and accomodated my requests. They reached out ahead of time to schedule dinner reservations too. Upon arrival the staff was super friendly and helpful. They took care of everything, breakfast was scheduled, a taxi was scheduled, and the room was on the ground floor as requested, I loved jt and will stay there again if I am ever back in Southampton. ”
”Wonderful place to stay! Jean, the hostess, is an absolute delight. From the moment of our reservation she handled all of our needs and wishes with efficiency, warmth and charm. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the rooms, though older in vintage, are very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and quite quiet. The nearby village (short walk) is charming, with a variety of excellent dining options. All in all, Otters Green is one of the best accommodation values we have experience...

A lovely chatty host who goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
Lots of extras in the room such as a fridge with bottled water, biscuits, tea/coffee.
The room had a full sized bath with shower and shampoo, conditioner, bodywash.
Very luxurious feeling rooms.
Self serve breakfast was fresh tea/coffee, Orange Juice, Fresh fruit, toast, cereal and yoghurt, fresh pastries etc.. all of excellent quality.

”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...
