âEverything, everyone and the location at this hotel is perfect, reasonably priced, good breakfast,
We have stopped here twice, and will use it again in the future. â
âHad a lovely stay, Rod the owner was very amiable and nothing was a problem ,breakfast was a delight too. Room spacious bathroom huge ! Would definitely return and recommend. WWâ
âWe were a party of three adults staying two nights so that we had an easy journey over the weekend to get to the Steam Rally at nearby Woodchurch. Excellent base as views from the room were great, the balcony just right to sit and watch the sunset, and the beds were comfortable.
The only negative comment being the restaurant tables, which had a very sticky feel to them. The waitresses wiped them down thoroughly but it seems this affected the surface of the tables! However the food was excellent...
âThe first time Iâve stayed here for a few years as id started to use the Hilton in Ashford recently. Very impressed with this hotel now. Itâs had a makeover and Iâll now be switching back.

âNice hotel albeit a little dated in places. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. The food is best classified as âpubâ food but it is quick and good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful.â
âLovely setting for an overnight stay after a 5 hr drive. Great food and lovely staff.
Didnât like the flimsy plastic party glasses in the room. Glass or solid plastic one are more in keeping and more useable. â
âNice and cosy inn at a very calm area. We made the booking just minutes before but it was no problem. A warm welcome and delicious dinner. Extra points for using such local ingredients. Also a well equipped bar with a relaxed atmosphere.
Room was clean and had all the needed. Maybe a bit worn out and the bed was quite squeeky. However we had a good night sleep. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Especially great was the possibility for glutenfree breakfast. We would definately stay here...
âLovely little place to stay, good value for money too! And all the people were friendly and plesent! Would definitely stay here again and reccomend to friends!
