”I like that it had a balcony food choice wasn’t my type of style end up ordering food off of site but definitely had all the amenities for you to be ready for the next day. Will be staying again little bit pricey for a short weekend stay but I will definitely be coming back. Very great part of the town hope to own my own own home in this place one day.”

”My only suggestions. The batteries in the rechargeable TV remotes die too quickly and the room service ordering software on the tablet was lacking pictures. Options for an omelet were red and unavailable to select. So unless they were out of eggs, that was an issue. And the bedside tablet nightlight is nice, but too bright. These were a struggle to come up with because the service was impeccable.”

”Good location. Comfortable bed, quiet (floor 10), clean.”

”Hotelli sijaitsee loistavalla paikalla River Northin alueella. Hotellin aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Ehdottomasti menisin uudelleen!!!”

”Täydellinen huone”

”Room was clean and comfortable, easy to get around the city from the location, and breakfast was perfect.”

”What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

”Compared to other hotels in its class, the service here is top-notch. The room decor isn't overly traditional, featuring prominent details and a clean, cozy atmosphere that feels like home. The pricing is fair, and the location is excellent. Traveling is effortless thanks to the hotel's one-mile shuttle service, and privacy is exceptional (we had a balcony room on the 19th floor). Overall great stay.”

”Great property! Very much enjoyed our stay!”

”What a fun and unique stay… a condo where non-sold units are rented. Spotlessly clean, think never lived in (but had been occupied), digital security to maximize safety at all times, located in a hip and vibrant River North neighborhood - lovely restaurants/bars, spas, shopping, etc. On-site parking, staff most helpful (love Joy - the evening auditor). The amenities including gym, rooftop gathering and more….slept like a rock with the bedroom windows open to the balcony….little noise. A perfect...

”I booked a hotel for a business trip but there came changes and I had to cancel my booking, it was not possible to get any refund from rhis hotel even I contacted them over month before booking.”
