”The rooms was excellent, clean and ready. Friendly staff. Provided me with the information I needed for my son’s graduation.”

”The hotel itself and the room was very clean, very friendly staff. We stayed here for my son's Navy bootcamp Graduation, it was about a 8-10 minute drive which was nice. The hotel also offers a free continental breakfast which was convienent for the morning of the graduation.”

”The staff well all very respectful, friendly and professional. We’re met and greeted as we walked in, always smiling and readily available to assist with directions if needed. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.”

”I liked the price but it’s old, you could hear the people upstairs loudly and the bathroom was very small. It doesn’t have breakfast at all. It serves the purpose of providing a roof over your head but don’t expect too much else. I give it 2.5 stars out of 5.”

”The shower don’t really work we have problems with the toilet. The front desk said that they would give us another room and then claimed they were full when the whole thing was basically empty. The walls are so thin you could hear your neighbors conversations. I obviously wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here unless you’re desperate and on a budget”

”This place is a dumb! The picture advertised is NOT the same property. I checked out immediately and went to another hotel. The ceiling was cracked and peeling. Cigarettes burns in the chair and bed spread. Fridge was not cleaned. Holes in the curtains and walls”

”They no longer have Kuerig in the room. I stay there often. Hotel says "enjoy fresh coffee 24/7 in lobby". If you want to get ready with a coffee, you have to get dressed and go down to get coffee and then back to room. I expect coffee in my room. Holiday Inn Manitowoc had a Keurig Thursday. Back door to parking lot has a place for key card, but you didn't need to use it. Anyone could walk in 24/7. I assume it wasn't being monitored. Front desk said you only need to use it in the winter. ”Everything was excellent! The only issue was that we had to wait in line to use the microwave to heat our meals. If guests are expected to stay for an extended period, it would be much more convenient to have a microwave in each room, or at least easier access to one. Overall, we had a great experience, but adding microwaves to the rooms would make future stays even better.”
