”We stay at the St Michael every time we are visiting Prescott. We love the location, the staff, the comfortable clean rooms and the Ford & Sword Speakeasy. Price is always resonable.”

”Overall, our stay was good. Parking was limited and tight due to full nights. Because there is space under the bed it was a little dirty but the rest of the room was clean. We did not use many amenities.”

”The room had the standard thru the wall air condtiioner smell. Breakfast was ok. They have a pancake machine which was a nice change from waffles. Some noise from the road but it was to be expected since facing the highway.”

”The TV was not connecting to any station and when inquired with the front desk staff, there was nothing they could do. The TV stand that had a drawer, the front cover of the drawer was broken, exposing the nails, and the broken drawer cover was laying on the side of the stand. The room smelled musty. There was a few hair strands on the bathroom sink and bathtub. The area was loud throughout the night. You could hear the neighbors talking. ”

”Hotel first impressions were good, the night clerk was very helpful. The hotel is very spacious also. But after going to my room there were crumbs and long hairs in my bedsheets before I even got in the bed. I always check for bedbugs but noticed they don’t keep a waterproof mattress cover on top to protect from stains or accidents. The mattress smelled bad. As for breakfast, while I was toasting some bread I noticed a very foul smell (like some animal rotting). I couldn’t figure out where...

”Room was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking pots. The complementary breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous.”

”The property has some age showing but, the room was clean and the A/C was working good. The staff were helpful and parking was free. There was some aircraft noise but not disturbing. Overall I’d stay there again.”
