”The property was very clean, the staff was both friendly and helpful. For an historic building, the rooms were larger than expected. They have a parking lot across the street that can accommodate a pickup truck or larger vehicle. It's only a few blocks from Whiskey Row too. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. ”

”We stayed in the Aspen. It was nice to have the small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Dishes and silverware were not provided but he had brought paper plates, silverware, napkins, etc. The bed was comfortable, bathroom is nice, shower worked well. There is enough storage space in the bedroom and bathroom for your belongings. We enjoyed are stay there and will return again.”

”When we checked in it was the first time we found out the property DOESNT have an elevator. I am handicapped and had no way to get to the room on the 2nd floor without out sitting on the ground and going backwards step by step. I had no choice because there wasn’t another hotel in the area that had a vacancy. You need to put on your website that you are NOT HANDICAPPED access. It was the worst stay I have ever had!!!”

”Room was clean, could’ve used a little dusting but it was still clean. It’s an older motel that you can tell they are making really nice improvements. Parking is cramped but safe and clean. Breakfast is definitely a grab and go but works when you know. Staff was wonderful, polite and helpful.”

”There were dog footprints that were stained into the freshly changed sheets on my bed when I entered the room. There were roaches in the room. the bed was sunken in, which makes clear that they do not ever rotate or replace the mattresses. The shower was a corner shower like the ones in an RV. The toilet flushed, but did not take the contents down with the water, thus flushing was a series of 4-5 flushes. The second floor walkways are crumbling, and severely slanted, which clearly demonstrates...

”I didn't actually stay there I tried to cancel my reservation due to a miscommunication with it reservation date and nobody got back to me yet”

”A child was running in the room the floor above me. I had to call the desk about 10P and again at 5A. They should put kids on the bottom floor!!”

”We arrived and had to wait an hour and a half for our room, while others were being checked in before us. We understand delays happen, but there was no communication or updates during the wait, which was frustrating after traveling and being exhausted. The room itself was disappointing, the carpet was in poor condition and looked worn out. Breakfast was also underwhelming; by 8 a.m., they were already out of waffle mix, which made it challenging with a 13-year-old ready to eat. For $250 a...
