”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that while checking out, the lady in the reception said that because I booked through hotels.com I didn't get that good room. Should book directly from the hotel, she...
”The hotel is in great location, close to many entertainment venues. If travelling by car there are many parking facilities close by, however the hotel should communicate any "deals" they have with parking facilities before you arrive to allow for registration of you vehicle.”
”Awesome place to stay in Leeds. 5 minute walk to the centre. Nice quiet area. Great apartment with kitchen, diner, living room, seperate bedroom, nice bathroom and even a washing machine. It had a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, beautifully laid table and stylish furniture. The staff were SUPER friendly and upgraded us to check us in early. Fridge was well stocked snd you voikd get free fresh bread from an area in reception. There is also a bar and beautiful courtyard area off the reception....
”Great overnight stay! Rooms very clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet especially for a Friday night! Rooftop bar was also lovely. Only downside was the parking was quite expensive compared to surrounding car parks. However this definitely would not stop us staying here again. ”

We enjoyed our 2 nights in a King Double room, lovely comfy bed with tasteful modern decor. Bathroom very clean and powerful shower!
When called for extra soaps and hot beverage things, staff were fast and generous.
Would recommend and definitely be looking for Hyatt hotels more often from now on 😃

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”
