”I was in charge of 3.5 million square feet of 'BACK OF THE HOUSE" space for a huge medical center in NYC for over 2 decades. This included 7 acute care hospitals with over 3,500 beds. So I hope you understand I'm vary familiar with being disappointed whenever I've stayed in a hotel, motel, etc. However, this time, my stay put a huge smile on my face. I was VERY Pleasantly surprised by how much this management and staff of this facility has taken over a poorly run, dirty and not very pleasant...

”We booked here because we liked the chain, and the included breakfast. When we checked in the woman checking us in barely spoke to us, she did not even welcome us to the hotel. When my daughter went to use the tv we found there was no remote, so had to go ask for one by speaking through the security camera. When she brought the remote she didn't speak, just shoved a remote taped together at us then walked away. There was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper (for 3 people) and only 3 tissues. ...

”Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here.”
