”Relatively nice hotel close to Shimbashi station. The hotel has the potential of being nice, the rooms are quite ok size for Tokyo and the hotel is new. However, the customer service and the cleaning is not a level of a proper hotel. The staff is neither welcoming or nice and gives wrong information and the cleaning of the rooms (even when not requested daily) is just lazy.”

”Great hotel for the price with nice location in the centre of the city. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and also warm which is not always the case in Japan on winter time. Shimbashi station is close by through which you can easily travel anywhere in the city.”

”The hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Staff were helpful and nice. Personally I am not a fan of bathrooms with glass door but I guess that is the trend nowadays. Other than that, I had no issues whatsoever. Location is good, many central neighborhoods are easily accessible. Plenty of food places nearby. There is also a Pachinko hall across the street but I got used to their loud music pretty quickly. ”
