”The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.”

”Club level room with great city views. Club offerings of high quality. Liked the hotel bar. Situation nice wihin walking distance to Ginza and Hibiya Park and inside connection to metro station.
Room for minor improvement: f.i. Sauna (clean but increase temperature) in common bathing area and lack of proper cocktail-menu in club (eventhough offerings are very fresh, tasty and wine menu is acceptable)”

”This hotel should post on its site that there is NO smoking room within the hotel building. They offered an uninformative map for public smoking rooms within 3 minutes walk each. Never found either of them and checked out from this hotel. The area where the hotel was situated was tall office buildings and not much else.”

Breakfast selection is very limited..and as not buffet style it takes easily 20.25min wait before ordered brekfast is served....not really fitted for business traveller. Also service timing is very limited...7.30 to 09.00 daily....no early breakfast for business days ...nor late for weekends.”

”Ebookers VIP edut toimivat; hotelli korotti huoneluokkaa.
Huone oli todella siisti ja toimiva.
Club loungessa erinomaiset tarjoilut, joskin illalla ei kattavaa ruokavalikoimaa, mutta sille ei ollut tarvettakaan ”
