The prompt for this asks to write a review to help travellers plan better. My advice to plan better and have a more enjoyable experience in Tokyo is to NOT book this hotel. I have just left and not slept for a week. The sirens, alarms and noise from outside is overwhelming and carries on all day and night. It feels like your window is always open. The staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all. They didn’t clean our room when we put the sign up on the door, advised that we can bring down our own rubbish and one time only made up our bed rather than change the sheets. The rooms are tiny and the pillows are so bad that I’m going to have to pay thousands of dollars just to repair my neck. When I asked for a soft pillow they said they didn’t have any. When issues were raised, we were only offered a refund if we left by 11am that day which we couldn’t because we had booked an activity. I’ve slept on airport floors, at bus stations, party hostels and I even caught bed bugs once in Spain whilst travelling and this hotel is without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever been with the poorest customer service. Please do yourself a favour and never come here. The reviews are not accurate which has gotten me to truly believe the staff or manager there must be writing them themselves. Awful awful awful.
