Excellent Location, Great Service, and Very Convenient Stay.
This was my first time staying at a JR series hotel, and JR東日本ホテルメッツ プレミア 五反田 truly left a great impression. The location is outstanding—right on top of both the JR and Metro stations—making it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo. The surrounding area feels safe, and the hotel itself is clean and well‑maintained.
I really appreciated the convenience of having daily essentials available at the reception level, including face masks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bath salts, and coffee. These small touches make a big difference for travelers.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. One trainee staff member (I regret not catching her name) went above and beyond to assist me with making a restaurant reservation when I was having difficulty. Her kindness and effort were truly appreciated.
The only downside is that the standard room felt a bit smaller than what the photos on the website suggested. However, overall, it was still a very comfortable stay.
I would definitely choose the JR hotel series again for future trips to Japan.
