Located just a 7-minute walk from Keisei Koiwa Station, our villa offers excellent access to central Tokyo and is perfect for groups, families, and friends traveling together. The entire house is rented out exclusively to one group, accommodating up to 12 guests. Free parking is available, and we also offer complimentary luggage storage.

Inside, you’ll find a brand-new, modern design featuring a spacious living room, comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a bathroom, and a separate toilet—everything you need for a convenient and relaxing stay. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable home-away-from-home experience during your trip to Tokyo.

We strictly follow a “one guest, one change” cleaning policy. All towels, bath towels, bed sheets, and duvet covers are replaced with fresh ones for each new guest. The entire house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every check-in, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
