Kaunis lyhytaikainen vuokraus, ihanteellinen lomailijoille tai liikematkustajille.

Tilaan kuuluu queen-size-vuode ja queen-size-vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Nukkuu 4 henkilöä erittäin mukavasti. Täydellinen keittiö ja kaikki mitä tarvitset. Tilava kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku ja amme. Suuri perhe-tyylinen ruokailutila. Huoneisto on täysin kalustettu valmiina loman.

Kirkas avoin konseptisuunnittelu, 800sq erittäin tilava. Panoraamanäkymät järvelle omalta parvekkeeltasi. Herää kaunis auringonnousu suoraan päämakuuhuoneesta. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä järven rannalta.

1 Ilmainen pysäköintipaikka sisältyy runsaasti vierailijapysäköintiin.
Mukana on myös suuri kuntosali ja sisäuima-allas, poreallas ja sauna.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Josie’s place and this is because we feel so ‘at home’ there. The check in was easy, the place was very comfortable and clean and close to groceries, banks, pharmacies, public transit, etc.It was super easy to get in touch with Josie if we had any questions. The full kitchen and laundry facility were just what we needed for our 4 week stay there.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again

Month stay in Humber Bay

I had booked a stay for one month and it was perfect. The condo was bright and open, conveniently located to shops and restaurants as well as great walking paths and parks along the waterfront. A little bit of noise when the GO train goes by, but honestly, you tune it out. Very easy to get around by foot, car or transit.Josie is an excellent host and very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Quiet and convenient

I enjoyed my stay here. I was in town for training at Pearson for a month. Easy access to and from the Gardiner by car. Parking garage was confusing to navigate the first time but after that was a breeze. Unit was clean and had all that I needed to stay comfortably. Would stay again!

Disappointing

Hosts need to know that guests need places to house their belongings. Too much decor 'stuff' that we placed into boxes to give us room and then replaced when we left. The kitchen was missing several basic implements we had to buy and the cupboards were filled with opened dry goods previous renters had left so we had to throw out opened items as we didn't know their age, and we put others into jars we labeled. We needed to do that to allow the items we bought, over a 3 week stay. The kitchen drawers were dirty so we emptied them and cleaned. The cabinet in the bedroom was so large that accessing one side of the bed was a challenge, as was accessing the drawers. Many towels were old and thin; some stained. For a 'Super Host' this was anything but. The suite overlooks the train tracks so there's lots of noise from that; though we got used to it. Huge windows along the living/dining room let in lots of light and the building itself was good.

Great Vacation

My wife and I spent an enjoyable month in this superb apartment, close to local attractions with outstanding views of the waterfront. Our host Josie deserves particular mention, responding promptly and positively to all our queries. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, very much a home from home. Transport links are excellent and we were able to visit family in the GTA without need of a hire car. The Mimico/Humber Bay neighbourhood offers outstanding local amenities, with numerous walking/biking trails and close proximity to the superb waterfront. We've visited Toronto on numerous occasions but this has been our most pleasurable experience to date. Hopefully we will be able to return in the near future and wouldn't hesitate to stay in this beautiful apartment.

A wonderful experience

Our host was great and this helped to make our stay peaceful and stress free. The property was just what we were looking for … and more. It was clean and comfortable and Josie provided all that we needed. The view of the lake was stunning and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the trains go by and the sailboats on the water. We enjoyed the green space around as well as the convenience of having a grocery, pharmacy and other amenities nearby. Would definitely recommend Josie’s place and we hope to stay there again when next we visit Toronto.

Great home base with lake views

Josie was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and provide help whenever needed. Her condo is bright and spacious with a great view of the lake, fully stocked with everything you need to make it a home away from home. Location is convenient to downtown, with lots of amenities within walking distance.

Fall in Etobicoke

First, thank you Josie for our great experience. Josie is a wonderful host that cares about the people staying at her place and wants them to enjoy their stay in her exquisitely decorated apartment in Etobicoke. (My wife loved the apartment so much she wanted to buy it) Josie always made sure everything is in good shape and any issue was delt with speed and efficiency. The apartment is amazing and looks even better than the pictures. It was perfect for our little family. Everything is in walking distance. Grocery stores, bus stops, Tim Hortons & Starbucks There is a soccer field with a running track right next door that our son loved to play on. There are beautiful walking trails in the park by the lake near by. The building itself is very clean with 24hr security , swimming pool and sauna and a nice little walking trail/park area on level4, again greatly enjoyed by our almost 3yr old son. For anyone looking for a place to stay in Toronto/Etobicoke area we will highly recommend Josie's place. Thank you again Josie, Aleks, Viktorija and Isak

Working vacation

Bed very comfortable. Tv only apple would have liked home news. Stove needed to be cleaned otherwise very good place to stay. Would rent again.

Suitable base

Overall the apartment did the job , with good views across lake ontario. The seating on the balcony was uncomfortable and could do with a coat of paint. The advertised tv in the lounge and bedroom was very misleading, No tv channels at all only Netflix which we had no password to gain access, if you wanted Netflix in the bedroom you had to disconnect the lounge and reset up in the bedroom, never in 35 years hols have there not been and tv channels. The microwave was so inaccessible at the bottom of a base unit. The furniture was a bit tired, and floors were very dusty. Although there was parking it was a trail to get in and out. Also very little wardrobe space.

Perfect condo

This place was great! The addition of a parking space was nice. We found throughout the week that parking was difficult to find wherever we went, but knowing we had a spot to come back to was great. This place is in walking distance from some good places to eat and a couple stores which was great! The unit was clean & bright and has a gorgeous view! Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Toronto!

A lovely stay at Josie's place

Josie's flat is safe, clean, comfortable and convenient. There is only a 10 minutes walking distance to super market, shops, cafe and restaurants where you can get anything you need. The bus stop and street car to downtown are also nearby. The walks and park land on the lake shore are beautiful. There cycle lane can reach downtown from the lake shore. Although the apartment is not in the downtown but there are a lot to enjoy and is easy to get into downtown. Josie is a very thoughtful and helpful host. She tried her best to assist us to have a good holiday. Josie's apartment has all the things that we needed. We enjoyed our stay and are very thankful.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Josie's property. It was close to the attractions we wanted to see and we loved the trail along the lakefront. There is also a great grocery store within walking distance. Our kids also loved the pool- would definitely stay again!

This place was conveniently located to all Toronto Tourists Attractions. Close to many restaurants, grocery store and bank to exchange money. Very clean and well supplied. Owner was extremely fast in responding and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

comfortable living area and kitchen!

I enjoyed cooking dinners in the spacious kitchen. There were many pots and pans with lots of crockery and silverware. Also, all the essential basics like paper towels, toilet tissues , soaps and shampoos were provided in ample quantity! Josie was very prompt in providing the microwave! Two recommendations I would make is have the lights above the stove changed and If possible place the microwave on the counter-top for easy access. I would stay again! Thank you!
