We overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers some truly convenient and thoughtful amenities that made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.
What We Loved:
Guest laundry facilities were a huge plus, especially for a longer stay.
The mini store on-site was super handy for grabbing snacks and essentials.
Having a restaurant right on the premises made meals simple and stress-free.
The pool temperature was perfect, and we really appreciated the hot tub and sauna – a great way to unwind.
The beds and pillows were exceptionally soft and comfortable – we slept very well.
Surprisingly high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.
Plenty of free parking spots, which is rare and very appreciated in Toronto.
The internet was fast and reliable, which was important for both leisure and work.
What Could Be Better:
The facility is overdue for renovations – especially in the hallways and common areas.
Carpets in the halls were visibly dirty, and some of the furniture and walls could use a deep cleaning or replacement.
We had to request extra towels twice – a minor inconvenience, but notable.
As three women with long hair, we found the mini shampoo and conditioner bottles insufficient. Full-size options (or at least larger quantities) would be much more practical for guests like us.
Final Thoughts:
Despite some cosmetic and housekeeping issues, we found this hotel to be a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.
