My experience with this apartment management was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had been trying to contact them through emails and messages for a long time with little to no response. Eventually, someone named Matt Jones answered my phone call around 7 AM, and after I asked for his information, he sent me his name and contact details through WhatsApp.
Unfortunately, his behavior and communication were very disrespectful. Instead of trying to help, he spoke in a sarcastic and dismissive manner, almost as if tenants are expected to accept poor treatment without support. No real assistance or effort was ever provided to resolve my concerns.
Professionalism, communication, and customer service were completely lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful treatment or proper management support.
