”It needs to be made abundantly clear— this is not a “cozy private room and bathroom” as advertised. You are renting a bedroom in someone’s residence and have access to the shared bathroom across the hall, which also meant staying in the daily mess and untidiness of the usual family home. I was awoken by the noise of the family and their young children in the night and in the morning. Anyone could have access to your key and your room with no security from within and the home is half of a duplex...

”Great place at great location! Near the airport and all the shopping/grocery places. The house is very clean, organized and has all the amenities you would ever need with great instructions and communication. Highly recommended!”

”The property was NOT what was advertised. Be ware that if you choose this property you will be in the basement of a house with 8 locked rooms sharing everything with the guests in the other 7 rooms. As well even though the pics clearly show the pool and back yard, you DO NOT get access to it. We left immediately.”

”We stayed for three nights with four adults, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which made for a peaceful stay. We had a car, so getting into town was easy and convenient. Shopping and other essentials are nearby, including Walmart and several other stores. ”The host responded quite quickly. The apartment was in a lovely neighborhood in Mississauga. Though I felt as though the apartment could have been cleaner, the floors especially. The bed was quite comfortable, and overall a great place to stay for a few nights.”

”Was one of the cheaper places to stay in Richmond Hill. Square footage was nice, big TV. My concern was it was listed as non-smoking but the condo smelled like smoke. For this reason I would not recommend to anyone who has asthma or allergies. The AC unit is in the living room therefore the bedroom at the back was hot. Parking was great and check in was great.”
