Located on the 1st floor of a historic building without an elevator (narrow stairs).
Living room with sofa, fold-down table and direct view of the Garonne River (one large window).
Open-plan kitchen equipped for everyday meals (Nespresso coffee machine).
Bedroom with 160 cm double bed and small high window.
Shower room with WC, directly connected to the bedroom.
Bed linen + one large towel per person included (no linen change during the stay).

Very central — everything is within walking distance:
Capitole ~ 5 min
Jacobins Convent ~ 6 min
Pont Neuf ~ 7 min
Saint-Pierre district and Garonne riverbanks nearby
Restaurants, bars and shops at the foot of the building

PARKING
No parking included.
Esquirol car park about 6 minutes on foot.
Capitole car park option available subject to availability: €17/day.

PLEASE NOTE (IMPORTANT)
The apartment is above a café and in the city center — noise may occur on the living-room side, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
The bedroom is quieter once the door is closed.
Historic building: limited sound insulation.
No air conditioning — the living room gets direct sun and the apartment can be warm in summer (ceiling fan + portable fan provided).
Limited ventilation: one main window in the living room, a small high window in the bedroom, bathroom without a window.
1st floor without elevator (the building’s elevator does not serve this level).

Self check-in via key box.
Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Assistance available 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM by message (phone calls for emergencies only).
