Air conditioning keeps the space cool in summer while heating warms it in winter. Shops, restaurants and the métro are all within a short walk.



The Space:

Le Coquet is a renovated studio apartment located at 286 Rue Henri Desbals in Toulouse, on the left bank of the Garonne. The building dates from an earlier era but has been carefully updated, blending original charm with modern comfort. The apartment occupies the first floor and faces a sheltered interior courtyard, which keeps things quiet despite the central location.



The living area is furnished with a two-seater sofa, a coffee table and a wall-mounted HD television. A few steps away, the sleeping space features a 140 by 190 centimetre double bed with bedside tables and storage. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric hob, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle and a full set of cookware and utensils. The bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower cabin, a basin with mirror and a toilet.



Air conditioning cools the studio during the warm months, while electric heating maintains a comfortable temperature in winter. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. The studio covers approximately twenty-one square metres, making it an ideal base for one or two guests exploring Toulouse on a short or extended visit.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive access to the entire studio throughout your stay. The space includes the living and sleeping area, the kitchenette, the bathroom with shower and the entrance hall. The apartment overlooks a quiet courtyard, so you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere day and night.



The Neighborhood:

Le Coquet is located in the Arènes–Croix de Pierre neighbourhood on the left bank of Toulouse. Rue Henri Desbals runs through a lively residential area with bakeries, grocery shops and restaurants within two hundred metres. The Garonne riverbanks are roughly a twelve-minute walk east, while the Jardin des Plantes and Grand Rond gardens are about twenty minutes on foot. The Marché Saint-Cyprien, one of Toulouse's best covered markets, is a ten-minute walk north. Place du Capitole sits around two and a half kilometres away, reachable in about twenty-five minutes on foot or ten minutes by métro.



Getting Around:

The Arènes métro station on line A is approximately five hundred metres from the apartment, roughly a six-minute walk. From there you can reach Jean Jaurès in three stops and Capitole in four. Buses run along the nearby avenues and connect to Toulouse-Blagnac Airport via the airport shuttle at Compans-Caffarelli. The Gare Matabiau train station is accessible in about fifteen minutes by métro. If you arrive by car, street parking is available in the surrounding streets and a paid car park operates close to the Arènes.
