”The bed in room 127 had bed bugs. My son was bitten all over and is still dealing with horrible itching.
We were only given $25 off. I think the whole stay should've been compted or at the very least 1/2.”

”Our room had stained linens and furniture. The floors were dirty. There were several walls with some kind of dark liquid dried on them. The toilet wasn’t fully affixed to the floor and made a loud noise any time we sat on it. Pocket doors were broken and hard to open and close. Left a lot to be desired. Front desk attendant was very sweet.”

”Wasn’t aware that the household staff only worked every other day. After a long day at Abrazo Heart Hospital for out patient surgery, we came back to an unmade room, no clean towels and trash cans full of. Called front desk and the desk clerk was kind enough to bring up a clean set of towels and emptied the trash cans. It is hard to believe that there is only one ice machine in the whole building. I know for sure there aren’t any on the 2nd or 3rd floors. Breakfast was a joke. They mean it when...
