"Great house with a fabulous view. We stayed here to visit the Redwood parks. It's a good location for that - Trinidad is a nice town with good options for dining, groceries, etc. The house was clean and comfortable. The many hummingbirds were a fun bonus. The view of the coast can't be beat."

"The property is as advertised. Property is clean. Close to the beach, can hear the ocean from the property and listen to it at night. Be advised air conditioning does not exist, but you can open the windows and it will cool down. We enjoyed our visit."
