Charming Boutique Villa with amazing garden and private pool

Villa Il Giardino is located in the flourishing oasis of Costa Paradiso, a secure villa complex. On a private plot of 1000 square meters, the house is surrounded by a large veranda, a private and secluded pool and a large parking area. The house has a very inviting and open living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, a fireplace, satellite TV and a Bose Bluetooth box. Three steps lead to the sleeping area with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom with separate bathroom and covered terrace. Il Giardino has a large, covered veranda overlooking the beautiful plants and fruit trees. The private and completely secluded pool is surrounded by a relaxation area with sun loungers and olive trees. Depending on the season, you can pick your own oranges, figs, pears, apricots and apples. The veranda is south-west facing, with magnificent sea views, where you can enjoy the sunset and a barbeque. The villa is tastefully furnished with high-quality materials. A romantic and quiet retreat to enjoy and feel good. A very good restaurant and a bar are within walking distance, the supermarket and other shopping facilities can be found in Costa Paradiso and can be reached by car in five minutes.

Beautiful Villa

We had the most wonderful 2 weeks! The villa is gorgeous and the views are incredible. It’s a brilliant location for exploring some incredible beaches and coves. We are a family of 4 with 2 young daughters aged 4 & 8. They loved the pool! Birgit (the host) is very responsive to messages and the villa is brilliantly equipped with anything you might need. You need a car to get around but there’s a lovely pizzeria a short walk away which we visited and got take away pizza from too. There is a restaurant next to the pizzeria that has wonderful reviews that we didn’t try as there wasn’t much on the menu for our 4 year old. The main area of Costa Paradiso has a small supermarket (which is more expensive than local markets about 30 mins drive away) a lovely restaurant, a pizzeria and a lovely bakery for gelato and pastries! Would highly recommend the villa and the area. Thank you Burgos and Philip for a truly memorable holiday in your beautiful villa!

Maison avec toutes les commodités et très belle vue partielle sur la mer. La piscine est idéalement positionnée car sans vis à vis. L'équipement de la maison est parfait. La communication avec la propriétaire est très cordiale et réactive. Prévoir gel douche car non fourni. Seul bémol : des voisins très bruyants et irrespectueux mais cela la propriétaire n'y peut rien !

Lovely Holiday Home in a Quiet Neighbourhood.

We enjoyed our week stay in the villa. It was well equipped, with a lovely view down to the sea across a green valley. There are not a lot of beaches in the area but the natural beauty of the place makes up for that. The pool was warm and maintained very well. We had some lovely welcoming gifts of fruit and wine. There are numerous casual restaurants in the area, though prices can be on the higher side but that is to be expected as I imagine they would not do much business in the colder months. There was reasonably good wireless based wifi and the cell phone coverage was good at least for us. So all in all a place to be recommended for a summer holiday.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen ! Das Ferienhaus und vor allem die Terrasse und der Pool ein Traum ! Es hat auch im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Getränke , Prosecco , Obst und Gebäck zur Begrüßung - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder .

Lovely villa in a fabulous part of Sardinia

It was great to spend time in this villa. It had everything we needed and a wonderful view from the lovely terrace down to the coast. The best directions to get there ever. And a really useful guide to the villa and the area. Very helpful contact from David and Noemi. All in all a wonderful holiday. And when much of Sardinia was in the mid 40s the west coast was hot. But not unbearably so. And the lovely pool and plenty of shade made our stay so good

Just wonderful

What a magical property. Such beautiful surroundings, garden, pool etc. We miss it already! Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. I would have preferred a softer bed but maybe that’s just me. Gorgeous view that we enjoyed every night watching the stars. Hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and prompt in answering questions. Everything we had hoped for

The villa is superb, beautifully presented, with many little touches to make it welcoming. Fantastic views from the main terrace. The pool area is well screened, and as the sun moves round one end or the other is sunny and the other shaded - perfect! There are two restaurants within walking distance, and the main commercial area has a surprisingly good food shop. Our favourite restaurants and a lovely bar are down by the sea at Maya Village, within the resort area. Altogether one of the best!

Sehr schönes Haus & Pool mit tollem eingewachsenem Garten. Klasse Lage mit überdachter Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer ! Supersyhmpatisches "Willkommenspaket" beim Eintreten: Obst, Wein, Kekse, O-Saft, Milch. Auch die Grundausstattung der Küche - Kaffeepads, Öl, Gewürze etc. waren (von den Vorgängern) zur Weiterverwendung da. Klasse Kommunikation mit David - war bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle und hat superfreundlich weitergeholfen. Gerne wieder !!

Wow !

What a week. What a nice and clean villa with private pool. What a view!!!! A great villa in a beautiful piece of Sardina and easy access to the rest of northern Sardina. Costa Paradiso is a nice resort but in the resort this villa and it's view is to die for. For 2-4p a must. Costa Paradiso has it's own gorgeous little secluded beach (a 10min walk from the parking). To the south nice beaches at Isola Rossa and cute mountain town at Castelsardo. To the north(east) lots of secluded beaches along the road, nice larger beaches, towns like St. Teresa, Palau and Porto Cervo (Monaco of Sardinia). A round of golf near Porto Cervo at Pevero Golfclub is a tip with one of the nicest golfcourses in Europe (to my opinion). Rent a boat fom Palau and visit the La Maddalena Islands and La Maddalena town itself. But don't forget to have time to enjoy the villa and it's secluded pool with a beautiful view from the tgerrace above.

Beautiful villa

We really enjoyed our stay at Il Giardino! The villa is well organized with all the equipment you need. The partial sea view from the terrace is really nice and the garden is well maintained (the swimming pool area is amazing and with no vis-à-vis!). We really liked the fact that the villa is at the top of Costa Paradiso, so it is quieter in terms of cars passing by. There are some neighbors on the left and right side of the villa but no one in the front and in the back so you do not feel like you are in the middle of other houses like it is sometimes the case in Costa Paradiso. Contact with Naomi and David was really easy and they were really reactive. We would definitely stay there again!

Traumhafter Urlaub wie im Paradies

Ein wirklich traumhaft gelegenes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön angelegt, inkl. Pool und tollem Garten; zu unserer Reisezeit trugen mehrere Feigenbäume reife Früchte und versüßten uns das Frühstück. Für genügend Sichtschutz ist gesorgt, der Entspannung stand absolut nichts im Weg. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und bei Ankunft wurden wir mit tollen Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht und sämtliche Bereiche (Bad und Küche insbesondere) waren super sauber. Ein nahe gelegener Strand in einer wirklich malerischen Bucht und mehrere Restaurants sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zu Fuß ist man knapp 1 Std. unterwegs und könnte dies mit einem kleinen Wandertrip verknüpfen. Ein Restaurant ist fußläufig (ca. 10 Min.) zu erreichen und auch sehr zu empfehlen. 5 ***** wir konnten absolut nichts bemängeln - es war paradiesisch!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön an der Costa Paradiso und hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber hatten auch einige nette Willkommensgeschenke vorbereitet ( Obstkorb, Milch,Getränke,.. ) und uns sehr viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt mitgeteilt. Das Frühstück hatte bei diesen Ausblick aufs Meer besonders gut geschmeckt. Auch der Pool war super gepflegt und die Liegen mit Sonnenschirm angenehm für einen ruhigen Nachmittag zum relaxen. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub . Danke für Alles.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit sensationellem Blick

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Begrüssungsobstschale. Nach einer Woche frische Laken und Handtücher. Hier ist an alles gedacht. Tgl Pooldienst. Wunderschöner Garten. Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt ! Wir kommen gerne wieder !
