”The owners were happy to answer all our questions by email before our arrival. The pool was very nice but know that it has no shallow end. The pool table and air hockey table were nice additions, especially if it happens to rain while you are there. The owners know a great taxi driver if you don't have transportation and want to go into town. It was so much quieter and more relaxing staying there than staying in a downtown hotel as I've done in the past. I will definitely be staying here again...

”Wonderful hotel, unique and interesting decor, friendly staff, delicious high-quality breakfast, nothing to complain about, frankly, the only hotel I've been to that made me want to write a review. Santa cruz is what it is city design wise, so while the hotel is near the historical centre, the surrounding buildings look a bit rough. But I felt completely safe, the city just looks like that outside the new (and frankly, much more boring) residential neighbourhoods. ”

”This property is great if you need proximity to the airport. I arrived on a late evening flight and was flying back out in the morning. The shuttle service was very accommodating, waiting for me while I got my tourist visa. ”
