”Hotel is vey neat, clean and modern. Front staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially evening shift. Room is very clean. Only draw back are Phone doesn’t hook up or line up in room 321. Shower tub floor is very slippery. Morning meal doesn’t have bacon. Not much fruiits in the bucket. Only few apple served.”

”This is a Hotel from the early 20th century. It has wonderful character. It doesn't have AC but does not really need it due to being up in the mountains at about 3500 ft. a room fan and open window was more than adequate. We had small issue with a smoke detector battery getting low and the detector started chirping at 4 in the moring. They don't have over night staff so it was fixed in the morning while we were out and fixed by noon. They do have a weekend breakfast that was very good. ...

”Would have been nice to have help. Was a first timer at the casino and all I had the experience of doing was walking around. I thought you would have staff around to help first timers. Only ones I seen on the floor were working the cards and dice tables. I doubt I come back.”

”Overall it was a good stay. My wife liked the pillows, I didn't - I think they could use a refresh. Breakfast options were meh. Mostly bread, a muffins, etc. And I think there was one two slot toaster. If that's all you're going to have don't make your guests wait for a toaster. On the bright side, it's close to the casino and is much cheaper if you don't have any comps and it's a great central place in Cherokee for other activities.”
