Very dated, dark & dingy decoration In desperate need of work Located on a busy main road, so noisy traffic. Carpet unclean Bathroom in need of updating 2 cups in room but no glasses. I asked a member of staff for a glass but was told they don’t supply glasses?? Definitely not recommended at this price!!!!”

”Start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining what their amenities and services they have, as well as assist me in getting my suite key replaced after I forgot it in my room. They also offer breakfast that is reasonably flexible and the ability to order food from your room at most hours. Room service was done on the daily and you can request refills from the complimentary snack parlour via the phone or in person. Wifi was also provided for free.”

”The space was great, in a brilliant location. The check in receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if the shower head was not broken, but we did manage to shower with difficulty. We reported it when checking out but felt we should have received some form of compensation. We understand these things happen so don't be put off, highly recommended!”

”Cleanliness was good, but the humming sound in the bathroom, which I believe it’s from the water heater, was too loud for comfort. The pillows are excellent but the double bed is too small for 2 adults. There was no power point by the bedside, which caused some inconvenience for my husband’s CPAP machine.”
