The space

Bedroom 1. Master: 1 King size bed, full ensuite bathroom with desk, very large closet with plenty of shells and hangers.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, full en suite bathroom, closet.
Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed (shared bathroom with bedroom 4) large closet.
Bedroom 4. 1 double bed with shared bathroom, large closet.
All our beds have good quality sheets, 2 pillows per person and "bed cover”.
Bath and beach Towels and 100% cotton bed linen are provided for you and there is A/C in all rooms.

Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible if there are no guests arriving/leaving on the same day.

EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP OF MIA S BEACH CLUB IS INCLUDED DURING YOUR STAY.

When you venture to the beach you'll do it in style with exclusive membership of MIA beach club where you can enjoy use of their beach, sun loungers , free parking.

Beach club membership is free for the duration of your stay with us.
MIA beach club access includes free beach beds and free parking.
Please let us know what date & time you wish to go so we can book the beds for your group (kindly confirm the number of guest too)

Booking will be made under your name.

** They will only hold the beds for 15 mins if you are late.
** there is a minimum spent fee (on food and/or beverages) of around 1200pesos pp.
Other things to note
Kindly remember that we do not allowed parties at the house.

Quiet hours are to be respected from 10pm til 9am
