Luxury villa in Tulum with pool, fit 20ppl -10min from the beach!

Our villa is made up of 3 large and comfortable fully equipped houses. Each house is independent from the other but they are one meter apart. The 3 houses surround the pool, believe me, the pool is one of the biggest and most beautiful in Tulum. Previous guests said that when they arrived they felt like they were arriving in an oasis in the jungle, surrounded by a tropical garden with wooden bridges.

Next to the pool is the bbq area with a charcoal grill, special for grilling outside and sharing with friends and family while enjoying the pool. We have outside showers too and pool beds.
Each house has its own kitchen, living room , laundry room (washer and dryer -free use) and terrace with dinning table. We have 2 houses with 3 bedrooms each and the main house has 4 bedrooms. In total we have 10 bedrooms, all have a private bathroom inside the room. We can host 20 people comfortably. The bedrooms are huge as well as the bathrooms.

The villa is surrounded by high walls, each house has its independent entrance from the outside, as well as from the inside. We provide keys for each house but we recommend big groups to use only the main house key so it is easy to control that the gates are closed and they only take care of the main door.

We have security cameras observing the exterior and we have 24-hour security on the street taking care of the houses.

We provide purified water for drinking and cooking, regular coffee, sugar, salt, oil, pepper and vinegar. We also include cleaning service every two days during your stay. The housekeeper will take care of cleaning, organicing and giving supplies, she can even wash your cloth if need.
Our WIFI has 200mgbs speed so even if you are inside or outside you will have a nice internet connection.
We provide pool towels, detergent for washing, repelent for mosquitoes, spray for the insects just in case, extra bags for garbage, aid kit, safe box in the master bedrooms, screens in every window, plastic glasses to use inside the pool, fans and ac in every bedroom and livingroom, hairdryer in the bathrooms as well as white sheets and towels, blankets and black face towels for the girls to clean makeup.

We are located in the neighborhood of La Veleta, it is new and most of the residences are vacation rentals, so it is very quite and secure.

There are cofee places, bars, shops and restaurants within 200 meters of the property so if you decide to walk, you have many options to discover.
The beach is 10 minutes by car and downtown Tulum is 3 minutes by car. There are many cenotes 10 minutes away, Xel Ha Park is 25 minutes away and the famous Casa Tortuga cenote is 20 minutes away.
