Location is good close to a big supermarket and several restaurants, walking distance to centre of Tulum. For the beach you need bike or other transport. ”We had the best time staying at Elements. Hotel is brand new and there was still some little touching up going on but that didnt bother us. Rooms are big and stylish and the pool area is so cozy. The staff is the most helpful you will find, they will give you tips on restaurants, beaches, cenotes etc. The breakfast is very good and healthy. I saw some comments about the area being a little sketchy but I think thats just Mexico and if you're expecting clean sidewalks and only beautiful buildings...

”The staff was very accommodating before and during our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. There was a staff member to open the gate at night, no matter what time (even at 4 am). The location was great- many clubs, food trucks, and pharmacies nearby. The beach club access was nice too (you have to pay to enter the national park but it is free to enter the beach club with free parking and 10% off the menu with your room card).
