”This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...

”My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. ”Hotel is located in a walking distance from the Tulum main road.The room was small and dark, but clean. Good towels and bed linen, but there's a very unpleasant plastic sheet on the bed. Good shower with a proper water pressure - something to mention as we encountered also something opposite elsewehere! There's a lovely roof top terrace with hammocks to enjoy sunsets and a joint kitchen. People were very friendly and helpful. They rent bikes for the hotel guests what was very handy.”

According to the pet policy at the time of my booking, it stated: “Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD $20 per accommodation, per night.” However, when I checked in, the hotel tried to charge me USD $20 per pet, per night instead. It was only after I told them I would contact American Express to dispute the charge that they agreed to honor the pet policy as it was advertised. ”Best place to stay in Tulum! Gorgeous place. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioner in both rooms, two TV’s, high speed wifi, bikes to rent for the day for cheap! The top pool is so fun. Legit spent so much time on the top deck in the water and sun! Super kind people. They went above & beyond and really care about their guests. I’ll 100% be coming back, a dream place truly. It’s a rare find, don’t miss this gem! Best trip of my life thank you Kiki!”

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. ”
