”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”

”My wife and I had stayed here four years earlier and back then, were completely satisfied with the property, especially the buffet with the free drinks. This time, it was just as nice. My only complaint is that the food choices, both at the afternoon buffet and morning breakfast, were somewhat limited and expected. However, the beer choices were excellent and made me wish I was staying longer. The staff at the front desk were amazing, helpful and friendly. My room was more than comfortable. I...

”My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.”

”Rooms large, open and clean. Very sparse amenities: No coffee maker, hand towels, paper towels, hot drink cups, extra blanket/pillows, extra toilet paper, bathroom soap/shampoo. There is a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and dishwasher--but no pots/pans and only two each of plates, bowls, drinking glasses, table knives/forks and spoons.
HVAC worked well and was quiet. bed was comfortable, but nightstand and lamp only on one side of the bed. No on site coffee.

”This was sadly an unpleasant experience! If you’re looking to enjoy room service you won’t be able to they said there’s only one person working you can order walk a pick it up yourself! The smell when you walk in is horrendous is smells like sewage! Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut! They were kind enough to move us to another room! It’s dated with marks on the walls and towels dingy with holes in them torn absolutely unacceptable!”
