”Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

”There are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.

”This was a motel, not a hotel. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked for personal safety reasons. Which leads to if you’re not familiar with the area, it’s not the best. The pictures of the room were better than it was. It looks like they had remodeled and done so very cheap and poorly. I couldn’t believe the extra grout just slabbed in places in the shower. The only saving grace were the pillows and the bed being decent. ”

”Stayed 2 nights for a concert at State Farm. 15 min drive away from the stadium. Plenty of parking and next to a Starbucks, QTrip and McDonalds. The rooms are more like dorms, with no carpeted floors. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is low. I would stay there again if the price is right. ”

”When we first arrived the guy behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He even gave us complimentary breakfast. The room was big and clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. My husband worked out in the gym and said it was very nice. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely stay again!”

Amenities like washer/dryer, full kitchenette, snacks, pool, clubhouse/game room. Front desk staff were friendly, property and room were very clean, comfy bed. Many places to eat around the area, 15min easy drive to airport.
Cons: some maintenance needed (warping floors in room, hot tub in outside pool area not working). Our room was close to one of the entrances with a metal gate that clangs loudly when people come and go (which was kind of frequently). There is a sign to not let gate...
