”The place was old and big and getting to and from the rooms was quite confusing. The pool was good. There was a huge empty space in the middle of the hotel which made the place feel unwelcoming. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable.”

”No housekeeping, no help from staff”

”The two staff members I spoke to were both extraordinarily friendly and nice. That just really set this place apart among other nearby hotels that are similar, so I will go back. I've stayed several places in this town over the years, and this is my favorite so far. Parking is easy, and the location is walking distance of a street full of restaurants and a fabulous bakery, Radina's Bakehouse.”

”There were not enough pillows and the blankets were scratchy and thin Breakfast was a poor affair. Coffee was cold and ran out quickly”

”Motel was quiet & the beds were comfortable. My daughters loved the hot tub. Breakfast was hot & had plenty of variety to choose from. The room did have some issues that needed addressed. One of the electrical outlets didn't work & sparked if you tried to use it. Also, the tub looked like it had some black mold because the faucet was leaking possibly behind the wall and not just into the tub. Overall, our stay was great in our suite.”

”Miss Aubrey checked us in. She was professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent . Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, fried onions and peppers and that was the hot breakfast. An assortment of cold breakfast food was available as well. We met Miss Virginia the chef. She was a military cook for nine years. She loves cooking and adds much to the menu. We walked out with chocolate chip cookies straight from the oven. The whole...

”Wasn't bad”

”The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean too they just need to wipe walls as they were dirty and there were buggers on the wall. The breakfast was okay they had sausage, biscuits and other items. Overall I would stay here again.”

”We've traveled all across the US (and the world) and stayed in many hotels from 35 a night to over 600. The friendly staff, clean rooms, amenities and breakfast punch well above their weight at the Heritage Inn.for what we payed we got as much or more than other middle priced hotels we've stayed at. We would definitely stay here again!”

”Friendly helpful staff”

”The hotel consisted of 3 separate buildings. We were on ground level behind the front building of the hotel, the window opened both ways, I could not lock it. I felt unsafe with my girls, we left and returned home. Also it was not clean, the room needed vacuumed and dusted.”
