”The property was advertising ocean view room however they were under renovation. They did give us refund back but was disappointed. The AC wasnt working properly for couple of nights because of renovatjons. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome with good variety of options. "This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. "
