”Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. I stayed here one night to visit the near by Cotswold villages, like Castle Combe, which was only half an hour away. If the windows could be upgraded and...

”Lovely hotel, conveniently located very close to the M5.
The staff were all lovely and very welcoming.
It was a very hot couple of days when we were there; the air conditioning in our room was excellent.
The hotel is very well presented and well maintained.
The restaurant was very good for breakfast and for dinner. The chef had clearly gone to a lot of trouble with some of the dishes we had.
The spa is also excellent. We both had treatments and they were lovely.
We almost certainly need...

”The exterior of the building is wonderful along with the grounds. The interior however is extremely run down and our first room
We were given smelt damp and had to be moved to a better room but still then extremely basic and cleaning standard not great. Not helped also by the fact they only offer housekeeping every 3 days.
Hotel with huge potential but not being looked after and requires urgent attention would not recommend anyone to stay there”
