”We visited this hotel last year and it was perfect, we were satisfied. This year there was no breakfast but the room price was 50€ more. The hotel is on a nice place, it’s very modern and clean but unfortunately, there’s no service. Even for cleaning the room or change towels there will be an extra cost. The price is a bit too high respect to the service. ”

”The hotel is located very close to the major highway and provides on private secure parking. The room was clean and in good condition and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We only spent a night at the hotel so we were not able to use any of the other amenities the hotel provided.”

”The location was super easy to find and the property owner very helpful and available. Air-conditioning was great, and the cleanliness overall was above average. There were small details in the kitchen that we shared with the owner, who was very receptive to amending. We would definitely return. For the Giostra della Quintana, it is perfect - only a block away and a short walk to the historical center piazzas. The vibe and quality was spot on. 4.5/5 stars”

”The Residenza is located at the upper end of the Old Town with a wonderful view of the Umbrian countryside. The room is large, clean, and neat - with something very important to as - a great shower! The staff - led by Gonzalo - was great, friendly and efficient. Our stay of two weeks made it feel like home away from home. Highly recommended and our thanks to the entire team.”

”Grote 3-persoons familiekamer met aparte badkamer (prive), en gedeelde keuken en woonkamer. Het is op de 2e etage en er is geen lift dus je moet wel met bagage via de trap naar boven. Traditioneel huis met bijbehorende inrichting, wel heel sfeervol en beslist heel erg schoon. Zeer centraal gelegen, slechts 5 minuten lopen naar de Cathedral de San Lorenzo en de Corso Vannuchi winkelstraat. Hier kan je prima een paar dagen verblijven, al is het er wel warm (buiten en binnen 32 graden, geen airco)....
