”The hotel looks tired including the decor at the entrance of faded artificial flower garlands and lounge furniture Cleaners cleaning bathroom surfaces with bathroom towels and wiping glasses and mugs with napkins rather than washing them Wobbly toilet roll holder and toilet seat”

”Rooms were good just need update bar area nice staff really friendly grounds need daily grass cutting and striming pool area was ok need update”

”Large room, soft mattress, plenty of pillows. Room was very how and no air con but a fan was provided. Breakfast included which was ok but awful coffee. Area was nice looking over the golf course”

”We booked last minute to stay local for our son’s football event, and we had such a wonderful stay that we are already looking to come back. The local area is beautiful, especially Ironbridge. We ate dinner at the hotel and were so impressed that we personally thanked the chefs. Frankie, Chris, Carl, and Brad — you did an amazing job. ”Upon arrival we were met with loud music what seemed like a soul weekender. There was forewarning regarding this and our room was not ready. We had a child of 8 with us so it was a bit unfair on him. The bathroom had no fascia on the shower temp control and there was mould on the ceiling. The tissue box had no tissues in during our two night stay. The mini fridge was not stocked upon arrival . When I asked if I could see the room before I was paid I was told they needed a managers consent which...
