”The concierge was awful, was not being able to do his job even almost. Maybe because he didn't speak a word other than spanish, but still did nothing to even try to help us with our questions.
Our room was tilted like the buildings in the historic centre. Was pretty funny, but still not a plus. The shower was great! A very dark room with a "view" to a wall. Just outside our room there was often a very bad smell on the hallway.
The breakfast was outstanding and one of the best ever. Many...

No...

”The place is very good, it's clean, but they should go before the non-refundable payment because there's a construction project next door and the noise is horrible ; without a refund it's impossible to change; additionally, the people who clean every day leave you a note thank you for the tip; they don't pay you or what? They don't make you a daily room; in summary it would be a good place once the construction is finished; but they should correct the cleaning staff asking for money daily.”

”Staff was great. The only issue I had was that the restaurant upstairs hosted several parties till 11 or 12, and just the laughter (oh well) would startle me awake. I wanted to write on my kinda balcony and the main woman brought me a very comfy and stylish chair. The vibe is good...”

”Housekeeping ladies are amazing. The WiFi isn’t great. The doors to the rooms have a gap below so that any noise in the hall sounds like it’s in your room - extremely loud. The. Staff use really loud walkie talkies so after 8am there is no way to sleep until about 3pm. There is no AC!! Just fans so you have to keep the fan on all night directly above you. The view is of a wall w no sunlight. Not a terrible experience but not one I’d recommend.”

10/10 Loistava
Great place to stay in the Centro Historico, we were so comfortable here. Very unusual concept where you have an all inclusive cafe open 24 hours and can order coffee/beer/soft drinks and snacks for free. First time I’ve seen something like that outside of all inclusive resorts. All the staff members were so lovely from the waiters to the receptionists and cafe staff and the guys at the door. Room was super clean and comfortable. Good location short walking distance to Bellas Artes, Zocalo etc....
