Close to everything you need to see in Venice City.. Vintage and Quaint property.. Be prepared to climb narrow stair ways if your staying beyond floor 2.. Great staff!

Our room was filled with mosquitos (we never opened the window during our stay) and we got eaten alive both nights that we stayed here. We had to buy mosquito repellant in order to make it through the second night of our stay. I killed 3 or 4 on the walls and we could see at least 4 more on the ceiling out of our reach. Our bodies were covered with bites by the time we checked out.

Nous avons payé une chambre triple mais avons dû nous rabattre sur une double car les triples étaient en très mauvais état. Exemple : le 1er matin, la cloison mobile de la baignoire en verre m'est restée dans les mais et sur les jambes (plus qu'une roulette sur 4). J'aurais pu me blesser gravement. La lampe du miroir du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas et dans l'ensemble la chambre était désuète et petite que sur les photos. On nous a conseillé de prendre la seule chambre restante qui était une double. Donc, nous avons payé 50 € de plus par jour pour une triple pour en finalité avoir une double. Pourriez-vous faire un geste commercial ? Merci. M. et Mme Bayon

Hotels location was great, and having a breakfast included was very handy. However the breakfast options where very limited. The biggest negative was the mosquitos, that where already all over our room when we first entered. I left covered in bites which in the heat got very irritated.

Un personnel très aimable et toujours orienté vers la recherche de solutions. Très bel hôtel situé au centre. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon.

Gute Lage nahe St.Marcus - Zimmer für Venedig gross und gut eingerichtet. Zugangsgasse etwas schmal und dunkel - aber kein Problem. Genügend nette Restaurants mit angemessenen Preisen vom St.Marcus weg zu finden.

Struttura comoda da un punto di vista logistico, a due passi da piazza san marco, per il resto servirebbe un ammodernamento, soprattutto del bagno, un po' datato. Però per una notte è fattibile anche in rapporto al prezzo.

This property is what we were expecting! We were taken to an annex building; and we thought the room was going to be bad but it turned out to be quite spacious; like a small apartment. Will stay again!

The room was very small, nowhere to place our luggage so we had to step over our bags to get into bed. The pictures on the site do not match what we had and when we arrived they moved us to their “sister” hotel.

Assolutamente non all'altezza delle 3 stelle dichiarate. Un elemento della reception poco professionale, accoglie con strafottenza, dà del Tu e fa il giullare con inadeguate battute discrinimatorie verso chi proviene dal centro sud. Difficile riposare per via di pareti troppo sottili che costringono ad ascoltare rumori, schiamazzi o anche semplicemente conversazioni delle stanze accanto. Stsnza doppia, dislocata su due livelli, con scale impreviste. Bagno con tubo rotto, canbiato fopo segnazione post allagamento. Ci laviamo a pezzi per senso di poca pulizia degli ambienti. Puzza di cucinato a tutte le ore. Colazione scadente in ambiente di capienza inadeguata al numero di ospiti, rumoroso e senza adeguato ricambio d'aria.

This property is very well located, close to everything. There is good shopping and dinning options for every budget. The room is ok but had a strong old smell. We had to open the windows. Need to be deodorized. Decoration is interesting.

The proximity to St Mark's plaza was a reason to choose this hotel. The communication with the reception desk staff was disappointing to say the least. We did not feel welcomed. Moreover, the clerk who was helping with our checking out was simply rude. Important: the hotel's claim that you can store your luggage there before or after checking in or out is only semi true. You ARE allowed to leave your luggage there. But nobody is watching your luggage. It sits right at the front of the tiny lobby widely open to anyone to walk in and take any of the luggage pieces away. The checkout day communication definitely left a bitter taste of the stay.

Main hotel seemed ok. We were placed in a separate building around the corner. Room ok. NO Internet service! Breakfast was adequate. Not likely to stay there again. Probably be a different experience if we had a room in the actual hotel.

Overall a good place to stay. Only developing feedback i would have to say a kettle and tea/coffee in the room would make the it perfect but nonetheless a clean hotel, ideal for my one nights stopover
