Despite being immersed in nature, the property is just 1.5 km from Marco Polo Airport, 10 km from Venice, and 2 km from the town of Tessera, where shops, supermarkets, and restaurants can be found.

It is a place particularly suitable for families who wish to alternate a day visiting Venice or other cities in the Veneto region with a relaxing day at the beach in Jesolo, Chioggia, Eraclea, or Caorle.
The nearest beaches are about 20 km away, while the Alberoni beach on the Lido of Venice is easily reachable by vaporetto.

It’s also perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the lush garden, surrounded by watercourses, ponds, and the lagoon, perhaps enjoying a barbecue or sunbathing.
