âThis is probably the only property youâll find in Ventura for this price. The property unfortunately is outdated old with minimum care for it. Floors were extremely dirty, hair in the shower, holes in the linings. On the bright side, the room has a fridge and a microwave. Also, the pool is completely out of service. Not so far from the beach and made west! â
