”The evening dinner option was a very nice perk. The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. My flight was delayed and I was able to pay a little extra to be able to stay in the room later which was wonderful. The airport shuttle was timely. Absolutely no complaints. Couldn't have been better.”

”Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

Maids so jaded and angry and maintenance people were like out of a dateline episode😳. Bedding was awful more like a tablecloth...it was loud dated ,& old rusty and dirty inside & outside and when I asked for hot water the breakfast staff said they had none🤔they were also angry people seemed so unhappy to be working it was the worst!”

”The staff was very helpful, polite, and friendly. I had missed a flight and they were happy to offer a late checkout.
Full kitchen with large refrigerator, washer and dryer too.
On our last day we were going to sit in the hot tub and it wasn’t working. They fixed it and we just had to wait 30 minutes for it to heat up. They were apologetic. Good for extended stay”
